General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer - Iveco Group

A lawyer and executive in multinational companies, she is currently General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Board Secretary Office at Iveco Group. From many years she has served as independent director at Terna S.p.A., chairing the Nominations Committee and being a member of the RemCom, and formerly a member of the Risk and Related Parties Committees. From 2021 to 2022 she has been a board member at OpenJobmetis Spa. Attended a master course in UK law ("European Young Lawyers Scheme" British Council), and completed a Corporate Master degree at INSEAD, where she is currently following the International Directors Program on corporate governance. Professional experience in supporting strategies of regulated companies, with a focus on international, antitrust and corporate crimes, she has implemented complex Anti-Corruption and Antitrust Compliance programs and is a member of 231 Supervisory Bodies. After a period of professional activity in law firms, she was an Officer in Confcommercio and then Senior Legal Advisor in ENI-Agip, Associate Legal Director at Pfizer Italia, Senior Counsel Italy and Reduced risk Products Europe at Philip Morris. She also served as General Counsel at Trans Adriatic Pipeline AG. Committed to the promotion of cultural and gender diversity, she has been Vice President of ValoreD and is a member of the ITB Alumnae network. She also contributes to the Governance and Compliance Masters of LUISS and the Rome Business School and has been a longstanding member of the governance of AIGI, the Italian Association of In-House Counsel, where she is still is a member.
